Overview
Villa Candice is beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom single level villa with private plunge pool, recently refurbished throughout to a very high standard. Situated close to the Vale do Lobo tennis academy and with Wi-fi internet, electric shutters and air conditioning throughout. Screens on all doors and windows.

Living Areas
Open plan air conditioning living/dining room and kitchen. The living/dining room is furnished with comfy sofas and a dining table with 4 chairs. Flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. Bluetooth sound bar. Patio doors to the poolside terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with a Delonghi coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, electric hobs, oven, American style fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one has a double bed, split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit.
Bedroom two has a double bed, split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower unit and double vanities. There is an additional guest cloakroom next to the entrance hallway.
There is a pull-out single mattress in the second bedroom which can be used if two children do not want to share the double bed however the maximum occupancy of the property is 4 persons.

Outside Space
Villa Candice has a private plunge pool which measures 6 x 3 metres and with ladder entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Exterior shower and poolside terrace with sun loungers.

Location
Villa Candice enjoys a central location in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, with the tennis centre close by and where you will find a choice of eateries here. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Guests at this property benefit from the use of the swimming pool (there is a small daily charge of €5 per person which can used to buy food and drinks at the club); and discounted rates at the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy.
